I have a AMD 8320 , gigabyte UD3 fx 990, 1 GTX 780 ti and 1000w cheap PSU .. The GPU & CPU is under water.. I want to get 2 rx480 (8gb obviously) and run them crossfire.. If I my CPU is overclocked to 4.2 ghz will I Bottleneck my GPU's and if so how much loss do you think I will get.. Hoping to upgrade to ZEN once it comes out but that's gonna mean ddr4 and motherboard ..rrrrrrrrr talk to me, what do you think .. I've ALWAYS went Intel / nVidia... Money talks and giving it to the most expensive team doesn't appeal to me in the least any more..I know I'm all over the place so I'm sorry for that.

Solution
It probably won't bottleneck (noticably) since the 8320 is a surprisingly powerful CPU with a lot of cores to spare for a CrossFire configuration. Yet, I would expect a performance drop on CPU intensive games like BF4, PS2 and MC.
