all else fails just reach in under the fan shroud and disconnect / unplug it no power no lights
sad this is now called a strong selling point on a card I think I rather have just raw dog power then a discotech in my case ?? , but that's just me
all I need to see and want is what the card is throwing and kicking butt up on the screen not how it looks in the case I'm not looking in the case when I use a computer
