GTX 1070 had stopped working and reset whenever i overclock it

Hi, i just bought a GTX 1070 G1 Gaming and when i overclock it like 70 MHz more with after burner, Windows gave me the error "Display driver has stopped responding and has recovered error" and i know this is not because of the gtx 1070 because i tested the 980 Ti extreme earlier and it had the exact same problem when i increased the core clock 70 MHz more. I don't know what caused this problem. Please help me with this.

Just up the voltage to get a stable Clock and keep your temps in check. Look up a overclocking guide for your card so you get a ball park of voltage and core speeds

Sounds like you have power issues from the mobo or PSU. Have you tried increasing voltage to see if you can get it stable?. Just so i understand you. You tried to do a manual OC on a 980ti with vcore increase and you could get no oc?

Yeah i manually oc with core clock increase and it stopped working every single time on both of the cards. I never had this issue before with the same PSU nad mobo which i am using. It is weird. I have no idea what is going on. I have not increased the voltage as it is always set as default (max) so i can't increase it. Could you help me with that?

This is the image which i overclocked it and it caused trouble like this every single time. This 1070 card can be boosted up to 1822 MHz but i just increased it to 1695 MHz

The voltage is 100% as default and i could overclock it fine in the past without increasing the voltage, just increasing the clock speed. But now the problem appear. Thing is i run all of the applications and games fine with base clock but whenever i increase clock speed, that problem come up. Is it because of mobo and psu? If it is the case, i will replace the mobo and psu which i just bought 2 weeks ago. I am using EVGA Supernova 1200W
