Black Screen buzzing sound after playing Doom for a while

I upgraded my graphics card too AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series and had the problem Black Screen buzzing sound after playing Doom for a while So after a long series of trying to solve the problem I decided to upgrade my mother board and cpu I've reinstalled the drivers the operating system and a host of other things and I'm at my wits end Do I just have a bad graphics cars?-

Describe your issue:
When Playing Doom, Total war Warhammer or Dead by day light at 1080p resolution or lower too 1600 900 res Screen goes black my computer makes a loud noise.
The temp of my cpu and graphic card is fine I've reinstalled all software I've double checked my drivers tried different monitors and I still hit this issue. please help
