I'm using Prime95 for my stress test and right now I picked the option Blend in the Torture Test. For about 30 mins. my CPU usage is staying mostly at 95-99% but I dont see it at 100% even though the CPU usage for all programs combined adds up to 100%. Is this fine cause I heard it should stay on 100%. (btw i'm a noob at PCs and I just built my first ever PC)
Edit: I have 16 gb of RAM and i'm only running at 2 windows on the stress test
Also I have a few more questions -
Can I run a stress test without a GPU and just test my CPU?
Is it safe to run the stress test overnight or for a few hours?
