500-600$ mini tower build without GPU

Hi,
I'm planning to buy new gaming comp.
I want an Mini tower / mini ATX build for around 500-550$ without a GPU.
Im planning to wait with the GPU until i'll figure out what i want.
Probably gonna be Gtx 1070, so i will need a case that can fit this card.

You could get the 6600K, but you would have to add a cooler to it as the Skylake K processors don't come with one. The CM Hyper 212 is decent. The Cryorig H7 is better.

Did you want a Mini-ITX or Micro-ATX build?

Yes but the i5 6500 is $179 at microcenter. If you switch to the 6600k, then switch to a Z170 motherboard too, but the 6600k does not come with a cooler so you'd have to buy one. You're looking at $100 extra at least. Not worth it IMO.
