Wait a few months for the RX-460 to launch and prices to settle, buy an RX-460 and chuck the HD3000 in a garbage bin. There you go, 1000% "overclock."
Probably not the answer you are looking for but no amount of overclocking will make the HD3000 usable in remotely demanding semi-recent games.
