Hi, I have a crappy old PC with Intel E5400 dual core 2.7 Ghz processor, 2 GB RAM, 256 MB GPU, 320 GB HDD and a 250 Watt PSU which is about 4-5 years old. I want to upgrade it with Intel G3240 3.1 ghz Dual Core processor, 8 GB Ram, 450 Watt PSU, Radeon 4890 1 GB DDR5 GPU and 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD. On the other hand I can get a used PS4 for the same price range. What you guys think? Should I go for the PS4 or consider upgrading my PC for $200 instead. Will my PC be able to beat a PS4 or even a PS3? . I have seen many youtube videos playing games like Battlefield 3, Cryisis, DMC, GTA 4, etc. with the same configuration at playable FPS. They were running quite good around 30-40 FPS in mid-high settings. I have also checked game debate rankings and it's also showing the same thing. Will I be able to run future games? Is it good to go with the pc when a console can provide better options at same price range? I'm totally confused. Any help or suggestion is more than welcome. Thank You
