Need a new board Socket LGA1156

Hi.
I had a problem with my desktop it was always booting like crazy it was unstabble i had the Bios Flashed and updated then after 2 months its again the same thing...now the problem is they say i need to change the motherboard but the problem is that LGA1156 is not sold new anymore so they say i need new cpu, ram's and of course a new board...

is it true? i cant find at least in Portugal 1 place selling socket LGA1156 at least new

my pc is Intel i7 870 16gb ram Gskill 2x4 and 2x2 all pc1600

Can anybody advise me, its crazy that i've spent 2000€ in 2010 and i cant get a new board for this computer i dont want it to die because still i play for example Fallout 4 at High with my 480GTX

Should i buy a LGA1156 or its impossible? i need to buy it on a trusted place of course new if not ill buy a used maybe

Sorry i was in another pc shop they say the motherboard is finished neeeed to buy new RAM, MOTHERBOARD and CPU...

haswell cpu 1150 and z97 mb still use ddr3 1600 speed raM. to save you money. the newer 1151 skylakes use ddr4 ram.

OK i just got a better idea, i've found that my ensurance will pay for damages because it was a electricity flaw, so what socket is better for me to buy now since im going to present the bill to my ensurance company i can choose anything but i dont want to buy really expensive, id say around 500€ what do you advise to buy first AMD or Intel? what socket will last longer?
