So my friend has a I7 3770 and a 970 now. Before he used a 680 and he was runing games on decent frames then one day he drooped allot of frames and he couldn't run games on more than 60fps on low graphics and we upgraded his graphics card to the 970 ftw and he still can't run the games and sometimes other games might close because his ssd and hdd is almost full is this causing the problem should we format his hdd and ssd. And we tried playing overwatch, overwatch is fine its only steam games like h1z1, gta and csgo. It used to be my graphics card(now i sold it to my friend) i used to run csgo on my rig with a i7 4790k 4ghz @300-400fps and h1z1 on high grpahics to 100-170 and it worked fine and gta on high 150fps, We dont now what's cuasing this issue we dont know if its his cpu because its old or
