i got a new seagate backup plus slim 2tb
when i copy using usb 3.0 from laptop to external while copying speed reaches to 0Bytes/sec and stays there for several seconds and than it continue to 50-60mbps
it happens several time in just one transfer
when i copy form external to laptop it's perfect without any stop
also in usb 2.0 it is perfect and continous for both read and write
i defragmented both drives than even it continues
can any one help me with this
