Can't install Intel's Graphics driver

Hello,

I just had to RMA my 970 due to it constantly crashing to a black screen every few mins in games, and I can no longer use my old video card as it's killing me with the heat it's putting out.

I'm trying to use my onboard graphics, but can't seem to get it to work. My specs are:

I5 4690
AsRock z97 Pro3
16gb ram

When I go to install the driver for Intel's onboard graphics, it gives me an error saying I do not meet the minimum requirements to install it. I've tried the one directly from AsRock's site, and the one from Intel's site. Neither of them want to work.

I'm able to get into my Bios without my video card even in my system, so I know it's at least working, but if I leave the Bios it just goes in an endless restart loop. I've also tried changing the default graphics from PCI Express to Onboard, but that doesn't work.

Solution
Hi

Can you clarify if your internal display works with windows default video driver after graphics card has been removed , but you cant get Intel graphics driver to Install.

If you cant get windows to start without rebooting have
you tried starting in safe mode (with networking)
