Overclocked GPU causing it to crash

I was messing around with MSI Afterburner, not aware of which version I was using, and I somehow set my GPU to be over clocked way past its capability. I am running Windows 10 and I am unaware of any way to enter Safe Mode without having access to my desktop.

F8, F2, F10, Shift + F8.... Nothing, has worked.

I know for a fact my PC came with a Windows re-installation disk but I had no luck finding it.

What happens when I turn on my PC it loads up, windows begins to load and right as the screen attempts to switch to the Sign-In screen, my screen begins to tear and then crash.

Is there any way I am not aware of to boot my PC into Safe Mode, or any possible repairs?

Solution
Does your MB have integrated graphics ?
If you have access to another computer you can download W10 of same version you have and make a boot USB and start safe mode or repairs from it.
