hi,
after i turn on my pc it works perfectly for couple of minutes and then gets a blue screen (win 10). after restarts monitor gets no signal. if i rest the pc for couple of hours and try turn on again monitor signal comes in again and after few minutes again blue screen.
i tried 2 separate vga cards (nvidia gt 430, and gt 730) and tested same results.
tried with a different ram card (used only 1 ram for testing)
tried different dvi cables no effect.

bios checked for cpu temperature and its normal (34oC)
tried reinstalling windows 10 again but same error occurs. now i have no working os either.
now i suspect maybe its the motherboard. any thoughts?

thank you in advance.

Solution
two of your windows files have been modified
the one that does remote procedure calls, and the other for your storage subsystem
I would suspect malware.

start cmd.exe as an admin,
run
sfc.exe /scannnow
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

between the two commands it should replace the files.
I would then reboot and do a malwarebytes scan.

I could not read your bios info from the memory dump, this often indicates a very old bios version.
you should look for a update and you should see if there are motherboard driver updates for your motherboard.
(just to avoid common bugs)

Try another graphics port and another cable also.

Test Your memory's
Download and install Memtest86+ it's a free s/w http://www.memtest.org/
Create a bootable CD/DVD or USB-stick, it is a very small program, it will easily fit on a CD.

Then boot the computer from this, memtest will automatically start, and don't worry - it will not in any way compromise nor touch anything on the hard drives.
You must run memtest until at least pass 7 and for 8GB of memory it will take the whole night, approx 5-6 hours, if 16GB memory - twice as long.
If an error occur, You can just shut it down. Then You know that it is a serious problem with your memory's.

Another thing:
Corrupted Windows system files maybe.
Run System File Checker (sfc /scannow) it will check the integrity and try to repair system files

hi, its too fast to capture the error codes due to sudden restarts. and after the restart no monitor signal. after the pc cools down only monitor signal returns. is the fault in motherboard? or some fault in the power supply? my vga card does not getting power externally though. it uses pciexpress slots power.

Make sure that you have activated so the memory dump file will be saved:
1. Open the computer's System Properties dialog Start > Run > (or just type in the start menu) >Type: sysdm.cpl > Press return.
2. Select the 'Advanced' tab.
3. Under the section 'Startup and Recovery' select the 'Settings...' button.
4. Under the section 'System failure' > 'Write debugging information' from the drop down menu select 'Memory core dump" (or similar).
5. Click 'OK' to confirm the change.
6. You must restart the computer for the change to take effect.
The computer will now write the entire contents of the computer's RAM to a dump file if a system crash occurs.

Then download and install free BlueScreenView http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
run the s/w to see if there are any memory dump file with errors, that suggest a Windows system crash.
The important info is: Error message and the stop error code.

To find out if it has some strange temperatures or voltage: download and install HWMonitor (free) http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
To the left download the free version.
Obs! during installation make sure that you untick any third part s/w. I always recommend this procedure no matter what on any free s/w. Ok.

Then, in the HWmonitor window there are three columns:
Value= shows the actual readings from all the sensors including temperatures and voltage
Min and max speaks for itself.

Now, Start the most cpu heavy program you have and work with it, surf the internet and perhaps watch an on-line news film for at least 5-10 minutes.
Then quit all these programs/webbrowser and take a reading from HWmonitor, which of course you have been running in the background:

In the column Max: what does it says?
Post the values here or you can also click 'File > Save monitoring data > it will be a text file and attach that into your next post.

Best regards from Sweden

I would guess a power problem. a PSU that warms then fails. (provideds incorrect voltage)
the PSU can refuse to start up, or the motherboard can see the incorrect voltage from the CPU and the motherboard can refuse to start the CPU.

Both cases can happen and cause there to be no graphics output. (maybe just a white blinking cursor in the top corner of the screen, in some cases)

when the machine is cold, boot into bios and see what the BIOS thinks the voltages are.
5 volt, 3.3 volt +12 volt and -12 volt (generally +/- 10 % , would be ok)

Also, make sure your PSU is plugged into the wall rather than a power strip. A failing power strip can cause the voltages to be wrong and trigger the various circuit protection logic in the PSU or motherboard. (blocking the machine from starting)

hi, i also suspect psu as the root cause, btw i captured one blue screen error. it says "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area". sadly i got many blue screen error msgs and all of them are random. this one is new. i'll keep you'll posted with latest. thank you so much.

Nop not the psu :(
ive added a new psu and the results were the same. i did reset the bios settings to safe mode configurations though. but after few minutes pc freezes while i traversing bios menus, didnt gave any blue screen just freezes. i think its time to go for a new mother board. i hate my life :(

check to see if a memory dump was produced and stored in c:\windows\minidump directory
if there is one, copy it to a server like microsoft onedrive, share the file as public and post a link.
sometimes, there will be useful error codes that indicate what failed or maybe give a hint to what subsystem failed.

Note: Can you boot into BIOS and keep the machine running? or does it fail to boot also.
(all you can do is update the BIOS or reset it to defaults in this case, assuming you did not add some hardware that is failing)

windows gets very confused when you swap hardware around without going into BIOS and resetting it to defaults afterword.
(bios creates a database of settings it has assigned and sends it to windows, so windows knows what hardware settings are in use and what are free for it to assign)

ill try to get the minidump.
pc turns on once for couple of minutes regardless im in windows or bios. i did the bios reset no effect. and yes i have not added new h/w too.

bluescreen (bugchecks) are part of windows error trappings, when you are in BIOS, windows is not running so you will never get a bugcheck while in BIOS.
--------
page fault in a non paged area just means that a driver used a bad memory address.
it is a pretty generic error. There are suberror codes in the bugcheck that indicate why the driver used a bad memory address.
(sometimes this can be useful)
-------------
if it happens before you get to windows. IE you boot in BIOS and it still fails
you want to look at the voltages while in BIOS, also check to see all of the fans are working and spinning up.
even if they do spin up, make sure the BIOS reports that the fan is working. If the BIOS thinks certain fans are not working the motherboard might shut down. (blow out dust from the fans, if you have not done so)

yes fans are working and ive replaces some fans recently. its all work fine. got another bluescreen error says "system_service_exception (dxgkrnl.sys)"

for the non paged area error i got earlier says (netio.sys)

Code:

- go into your motherboard BIOS and disable your motherboards sound.
- if you have a sound card in your machine, remove it.

if you have a USB wireless network card, remove it and use your motherboard wired ethernet port.
remove any unused USB device, and put all of your USB device on to USB 2 ports directly attached to the motherboard if you have them. (rather than ones attached to a case or hub)
(a usb connector that grounds out against a computer case can overload the USB port and the motherboard will shut down)
(on newer systems, various components can be tied together via the PCI/e bus, this lets something like a USB port to cause other seaming unrelated system to crash)

and see if you can get your system stable under windows.

generally the error codes will be parameter 1 of the bugcheck code.
for example: Bug Check 0x1A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
there a lot of error codes listed:
