Hello guys,
I have a AMD Athlon X4 860K cpu and normally the temp was mostly under 50°c, when idling it was sometimes under 40°c and when gaming (and even while watching a stream at the same time) almost never more than 50°c.

But since a week I think, the temp gets past 50°c when I'm just watching a stream or have a few tabs open.

I tried renewing the thermal paste but that didn't change anything, there is not much dust in my pc so I don't think that could be the problem either...

Does someone know how I can lower it again? Thanks!

I expect temperatures at idle to be 10-15c. over ambient if the cooler is mounted well.
You seem to be ok there.

1. What is your case?
How is your case cooling? A cpu cooler needs a source of fresh air.
Take the case covers off and see if that helps.

2. AMD stock coolers are weak. You could invest some $30 in a cooler like a cryorig H7 or cm hyper 212.
The 120mm fan will cool better and be quieter.
