Wifi actin funny

I moved my computer and am now using wifi instead of ethernet, ive done this before and it wasnt that bad, but this time when im playing a game the ping will go up on down constantly, anyone have an idea why?

Might be the place where you put it,mean the pc.
Might be the wifi card,look at the latest drivers for it.
Might be the router,although doubt it,but maybe resetting it will help.Can look into using a fixed channel,the one that seems to give the best signal.
