Harddrive inaccible in windows while can boot in mac os x but cannot see any files

Hi, i am currently trying to get backup of my failing hard drive. i was able to see the file structure earlier in mac os but now i can not see any file while opening a drive. windows is refusing to to even load the hard disk. i can only able to load my hard drive in mac but there are no directory /files loaded. i know it is something with MFT but can't get resolve it due to lack of knowledge. it would be very useful for me if you can help with this because i am trying every possible way to backup data since one month but not succeed yet.

Macrium Reflect free for windows may help with backing drive up despite it being bad but windows still have to see it.
Easus data recovery wizard and Disk Drill may be able to salvage files from damaged disks. It does take long time depending on disk size. DD can also salvage just some types of data so that can save some time.

sorry for the bad language. my hard drive is already NTFS formatted its has some bad sectors also. i have mac and i am using tuxera to access my hard drive. though it was working fine before since one day i ejected my hard drive directly. then after i was not able to see any data on my hard drive. even its taking to much time to even load in mac. i tried TestDisk MFT repair but still didnt work. and one more thing whenever i am trying to connect my drive on windows machine it neither boot nor work anything. currently i am cloning my entire hard drive in mac using data rescue 4.0. but its taking too much time. since last one day its just cloned 1% only (ie 10GB/1TB). any helpon this will be much more valuable for me. Thank You
