Hello. I just installed a wifi adapter card yesterday, it instantly worked after plugging in and i see "Qualcomm Atheros AR938X Wireless Network Adapter" in Device Manager, so i assume WIndows 10 automatically installed driver. When i played LoL for a few games i had some lag spikes so i checked on logsoflag and it said there was more than 100 package loss in total during each game. I'm not sure if it's because of my wifi or the adapter. I didn't install the CD came with the card or driver from T-Link website.
Do i need to install new driver for Wifi adapter

wireless is just not recommended for gaming wireless internet /mouse/keyboard nothing just how it is wireless is a nice concept but has its down sides like what you stated
you could try the tp - link driver and see may help then may not if win-10 don't have a cow in you doing so
