Will this pc be good for medium gaming?

Well it has an i5, 8 GB of RAM, and a Nvidia graphics card. My good gaming PC has an i7, 20 GB of RAM, and a (better) Nvidia graphics card. So… it might do okay. i mean, I don't know how to quantify that except to say 5/7, 8/20, ?/?. You might have to lower graphics settings, but it should play pretty good I think.
