So since a week or three my fps started dropping without any reason. I have the Nvidia gtx geforce 750 and i have no idea why it drops. I normally play league on very high settings and i still get 120 fps, but now i can't even reach 60 when everything is on very low. Same thing with csgo.. Can someone maybe help?

This can be a number of things.
Malware : Use Malwarebyts to check for nasties.
CPU throttling due to heat. Check your Cooler under stress: Run a stress test and monitor temps with HWMonitor.
Disable 'Cool and Quite' in Bios. AMD CPU users.
The GPU : Check and clean PCIe slot and clean terminals on card for contaminants.
Drivers: Update to latest GPU driver.
Have you made any changes in windows recently? : Restore system to a previous date.
