I just built my first gaming pc I got windows 10 loaded onto it and everything seemed to work just fine but when I turn it back on it only boots about every 2-7 tries and the motherboard just says 00. Everything kicks on but my monitor displays nothing and my keyboard/mouse won't light up or anything.

-MSI Z97 GAMING 5 ATX Motherboard
-Intel Core i7‑4790K 4 GHz Quad‑Core
-MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 4G

Solution
Qcode 00 is a hard flag to resolve as it can be one of many things.
The Qcode 00 is not documented and Bios info says it is reserved, which is no help at all.
The code usually is related to a fault with your CPU, Motherboard or DIMMs. Bent pins in Intel CPU socket are common.
Bad or faulty cable connections to hardware.
Mismatched or failing DIMMs. Try 1 DIMM in first slot and try switching around.
Short to MB standoffs.
All of this things have to be checked and most finish up having to benchtest outside the case.
When benchtest is decided, It is best to have the system in minimalist state then add one component at a time till the post moves on and you find the culprit.
