Hi!

I have officially built my first pc, everything is together, but I have no clue where to plug in any of the cables from the EVGA 850w Platinum PSU, NZXT Kraken x61 Liquid cooler, EVGA GTX 1080 GPU, and the cables from the NZXT s340 case all onto my Asus Z170 Deluxe motherboard.

I've already checked online, seen many videos, checked official manuals both online and offline. People show how to install all componenents in a PC build, BUT DON'T SHOW WHERE ANY OF THESE CABLES GO ON THIS MOTHERBOARD OR THE PSU.

There are way too many things going on on this motherboard for me to know what exactly needs power and where to plug everything.

Does anybody have these componenets, or previous experience with them that could show me how to install all of these cables?

I know I am a noob and someone elite is probably giggling at this but that is why I am here.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

There should be all in the manual. Typically MB has one 24 pin main power connector and 4 or 8pin connector to supply power to CPU and surrounding parts. PSI counterparts are made so they can fit only one way and only in the right place. GPU power connectors, 6 and/or 8 pin are also coded to be compatible with GPU counterparts. Fans can be connected to appropriate CPU_Fan, CHA_Fan etc connectors.
Front panel and USB ports are also clearly marked and most can connect only one way.
So, most important thing is to study MANUAL and go by instructions. Videos on Youtube may be nice to watch but only MANUAL has exact instructions for particular MB.
