what kind of lag? Is it rubber banding and teleporting, or frame drops? Because you say it doesnt occur at nigh in your house, it makes me think it is a problem with bandwidth, and at night no one else is on your network so there is more bandwidth available. try running a speed test a speedtest.net during the day time, and tell me the upload, download, and ping.

I am not sure but i think its frame drops b/c I have used something and when i am lagging i have like 7 frames

So someone is using bandwidth in the house during the day, or your ISP is throttling speeds during the day or your local connection gets too congested during the day.

Did you try rebooting your modem and router? Contact the ISP?

What I said, reboot the router and modem, if that does not help, contact the IPS. It also could be just the normal use of other people that is making your system slow online.
