Hi i would like to ask some help i would like to build a VR ready rig can someone tell me how much would it cost to build one not really looking for super high end rig. I just need the right one that can run it

Solution

Well, you need an i5-4650 or higher (although any recent quad core will do VR justice), but if I were you, wait until the RX 480 comes out next week. First VR ready card, stronger than the GTX 970 at only $200 for the base model, and $240 for 8 GBs of VRAM. Any H170 board for Skylake CPUs or H97 for Haswell CPUs will be fine, if you don't plan on overclocking the CPU or don't need fancy features.
Also, don't forget an SSD! M.2 PCIE ones are super fast and great for the high bandwidth needed for VR.
