I have wanted to build a pc for a long time but have been unable. Recently I became able to do it, but need help with the components since I am new to this. I want to get a PC since I use a laptop that runs slower than a potato and need something faster.

Approximate Purchase Date: Beginning of July

Budget Range: 1800$-2000$ (Including monitor)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Schoolwork, Watching movies/series, Browsing the internet

Buying a monitor: Yes

OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I don't really mind only that I the parts are not from many different websites

Parts Preferences: I would like an intel cpu and an Nvidia gtx 1070(preferably)

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 2560 x 1440

Additional Comments: Case needs to have a window, and I would prefer if it was quiet.

Part list (that I made):

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Corsair H110i GT 113.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

MOBO: Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

SSD: Samsung 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB ROG STRIX OC Edition Graphic Card STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Luxe ATX Full Tower Case

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA P2 650W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

OS: Windows 10-Home edition

Have yet to decide on monitor/mouse/keyboard

I could use help to make this build better since I am a "noob" in anything that has to do with building a pc.
