I know you can use DVI for the monitor but in my two monitor situation and my graphics card ports I need to use an HDMI. You wont get 1080p@144hz using hdmi, the hdmi port on the monitor is not hdmi 2.0. The only ports on that monitor that support 1080p@144Hz is the DL DVI and the displayport. Does your video card not have a displayport?
