Hello i setup Kingston Hyperx 3K 2 x 120 GB ssd raid 0 on MSI G46-970A mainboard.

Stripe Block : 128 KB
Gigabyte Boundry : ON
Fast init.: ON
Cache Mode : Write Back ( Should i have make this writethrough?)

Kingston SSD toolbox and other ssd toolboxes aren't see my raid ssd.

My boot speed is slower than my single ssd speed but my benchmark tests are high

It was 450-500 Mb/s Read / 150-200 mb/s write (also that value is low)

Now its 700-800 Mb/s Read / 350-400 Mb/s write but BOOT SPEED is so slow

I tried fast boot but also didnt work.

Solution
yes I recommend ahci mode (and doing uefi install which is usually have to go to bios and select your install media from there to do uefi install)

you can install games on the other ssd just to balnce out not having everything on one drive. but speed wise it prob wont matter much as both should be just as fast at loading.
raid will slow down boot because usually its raid will not uefi boot which is really what makes a ssd boot faster(it boots in legacy mode).

raid requires drivers to be loaded at initial staring of os load which takes longer.

Kingston ssd tool box will not be able to see drives individually as the "Raid controller" in the chipset tells the os that there is only one generic drive installed it cannot tell if its a ssd or spinning drive it just knows that is a storage device.

Drives in raid are not directly talking to the os anymore, os talks to raid controller which talks to hard drive so advance commands of ACHI do not go from the os to the disk drives anymore.(this include trim commands)

it is not recommend to run ssd drives in raid for the reasons above unless it is a raid just for mass storage which of course generally still not recommend due to trim commands and such not being able to be sent to drives.

So , Should I go with single ssd with AHCI mode and other ssd for game setups ?
