does this CPU have a locked or unlocked multiplier x5687

ok so i have a chance to snag an intel xeon x5687 CPU for cheap im talking 50$ and i need to know if the multiplier on this cpu is locked or unlocked? reason im asking is my mobo/bios doesnt allow me to adjust the BLCK of the cpu so i can only increase or decrease the multiplier is this cpu unlocked

AFAIK, all Xeons are locked. However I am not sure if that pertains to older Xeons as well.

EDIT: After some research, I realized you might be able to squeeze a bit of an overclock with BCLK. But since you said your BIOS doesn't allow BCLK tweaking, then you won't be able to overclock the Xeon as the multiplier is locked.
