How it started:
I had a fathers day party and my cousin downloaded Overwatch. We then presumed to play Overwatch over a period of 1-2 hours after we left the computer to eat. When I came back to close the computer it was asleep we did not turn off Overwatch or anything that was currently open. I assumed windows would turn it off automatically when i told the system to shutdown from the login screen not sure if that is the cause .

I opened it up later on that day and it gave me this error. My brother did install the new Nvidia driver updates i assumed that was the problem and tried to go back to a later version.

We made some major mistakes on the way and let our computer go down the drain. I then went on to reset the with a bootable USB. After I went on to install a older version of Nvidia driver which is driver 364.51 with physics and graphics update only (which means I excluded audio and the other stuff like Geforce Experience). Also I updated ASUS bios by flashing it.

Currently on the computer and wrote this thread on it no problems when I open browsers

(P.S. not the best at computer specs is there a program for it? just researched and obtained the current specs by using the SPECCY program)

-----------------------------

Problem:
Whenever we install certain things we get the TDR problem such as
Bluestacks - which is a tablet simulator
Sketchup - 3d design kinda like inventor

We get major lag when opening certain things such as
Speccy - which is how i obtained my specs (installed)
EVGA PrecisionX 16 - which we use to see our computer temp (currently uninstalled)
(note our cpu, disk, memory are very low when opening these maybe around the 10% on cpu and the rest are like 1-5%)

Games such as CSGO or League of Legends have no effect on the computer but when playing CSGO we get a screen freeze (very uncommon maybe 1 screen freeze every 10 games which last around a hour sometimes I wont even get any) for about 30 seconds but the computer recovers.

I found a solution to stop my problem but now it persist without the bsod, instead the computer freezes. I disabled G-SYNC on my nvidia control panel

i downloaded overwatch from blizzards software
