Tell me what your thoughts are on the build and what kind of performance I can expect from it. I plan on up grading GPU CPU and probably adding liquid cooling as well as more ram down the road. If you see something I could switch out for something better or if at a better price point due share or if it's not needed. I'm planning o n using my Vizio M60-C3. It's 4k 60". I don't think it's croma 4x4x4 but believe it's 4x4x2 it does have a dedicated PC HDMI I believe it's 4k 60hrz not sure. Is that going to be a problem with gaming? I was just wanting a 1080p build and figured the TV would up convert to near 4k like it does the ps4 and Blu ray.

Solution
should make a very good living room PC. You won't need liquid cooling at all though. the default intel cooler is more than adequate and one of the top 10 quietest coolers already. You might consider an RX 480 instead of the R9 380, which will hsve better 4K performance

It's possible I might switch out the GPU, it depends on how the prices change once the new ones drop at the end of the month i will be running to a couple brick n motor store to see if they clearance some old stock see if I can't get a good deal. I was thinking latter on I'd like to up grade the CPU to an one of the K's so I can over clock it then I would probably need the liquid cooling not sure though.

Looks good, but I'd change a few of the parts.

It's good for 1080p gaming upscaled to 4K especially at this price point. Not much less powerful than a GTX 960 but still powerful enough. For 4K video playback it will be fine. Action scenes use only about 35% GPU load and 15% of the CPU. Like the GTX 960, the GTX 950 supports HEVC hardware decoding, so it will breeze through 4K h.265 video. The Radeon R9 380 is limited to HDMI 1.4a’s 30Hz at 4K.
