Hey guys, I need a little help on what to do here. I own a Sager NP8651/Clevo P650SE
Specs:
-Intel i7-4720HQ
-Nvidia GTX 970M
-8 gb of ram
-Windows 10
The problem that i'm having is the performance while gaming. my buddy owns a lenovo y50-70 which has a GTX 860M in it and seems to run a lot better then mine. For example while we game he gets 20-30 more fps then i do on the same settings. I tried everything, changing the thermal compound, downloading the latest drivers for both the graphic card and windows 10 itself, cleaning my drives regularly. I'm just so confused on what it could be, Shouldn't my PC have better performance?? or is there something i'm not checking?
BTW the temps on the CPU average around 86c-90c sometimes topping at 99c-100c is that normal.
