I'm foreign to computers. I know it's embarrassing. I just want to know an ideal built that's under $700. I'd like to stream CS;GO. Idk if this has anything to do with it but I think it would be dope to have a dual monitor setup. I see myself streaming on BO3 on my ps4 but then when I want to switch things up to just switch to CS;GO. I don't know how any of it works, but I want to be able to stream quality gameplay. Not trash quality. Examples of streams I'm talking about are Faze Attach's & RiceGum's streams. If you look up RiceGum's streams, he plays BO3 but then he puts his computer screen in front and starts playing Slither.io - something like that I want to be able to do. The mic, webcam I'm good in, but I'm stuck on any info about buying the right computer/and graphics card. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you for reading.

$700 needs to include what, computer, monitor(s), mouse, keyboard, speakers? That's tight for a complete gaming build, especially with two screens, but can be done.

nVidia cards have Shadowplay, which generally allows the GPU to offload the strain of streaming from your CPU, giving them a big advantage in that. However, the GTX960, which is the nVidia card that best fits within your budget, has terrible performance per dollar when compared with AMD's similarly priced and much faster R9 380. New cards are currently in the process of being released. The GTX 1060 probably won't be too long, and may be the best card for the job, but it wont be out until "fall".

Your system will probably start with something like this:

Core i3 6100 or i5 6500
H110 motherboard
8GB DDR4 2133
~400-500w high quality power supply
240GB SSD
Cheap case

^ This should come out to around $350, leaving another $350 for screens (generally $150-250 each ), mouse ($25-50), keyboard ($5-50), and the most important part of the system, the GPU.

I feel like if I get a desktop computer that cheap, it won't fit my needs. Referring to quality streaming, upload speed, game graphics, etc. I could spend about $500 on a computer then just get a chroma keyboard and a basic razor mouse? Plus dual monitors. For everything all together I could probably have a $800-$900 budget when it comes with everything. I just want to get a fast reliable desktop setup for streaming. I appreciate your comment.
