I'm planning to get an I7 6700K but the outside temperature here at summer is around 30-40 Celsius so I decided to go for a watercooler but I'm on a tight budget. I couldn't find any performance reviews for the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Performer C, so I wanted to ask if anybody here has experience with it to tell me if it is actually worth it to go for this watercooler or to go for another aircooler.
PS: I don't plan on overclocking it.

Yes, it's good cooler, and also realiable water cooling piece. Still, i7 6700K will work fine without overheating even with the stock air cooler. But, like you said, summer ambient temp on your place is around 30-40 celcius, then you might need to get a better cooler than air cooler.
Water 3.0 have 2 push-pull fan for the radiator and a simple instalation. However, this cooling solution type isn't really recommended for high TDP processors, because it will not cooldown a high heat spikes in a short time.
It still good for 6700K, so go on with that.
