Unable to find any 'Ethernet Adaptor' under 'Network & Sharing Center' ??

Unable to find any 'Ethernet Adapter' wen i go to (Right click 'Network' icon on the bottom right corner of screen > Network & Sharing center > change adapter settings.. but when i restart my pc, then 'Ethernet Adapter' becomes visible and this way i m able to use my internet.. i.e. when ever i start my pc, i need to restart it to get access to internet.. I've clean installed windows 7 x64 with the latest drivers for my specific motherboard model i.e. Intel DH61WW from Intel website.. but nothing seems to be sorting this issue out.. I m unable to find the problem.. whether its with my motherboard hardware or with MODEM Settings or any other issue.. plzzzzz help me out in this regard.. plzzzzz

I suggest you press your Windows key and R together then into the Run box, type
services.msc
and hit the Enter key.

Scroll through the alphabetic list of Services until you come to Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and right click it. Check that it's set to Automatic and not Manual or Automatic Delayed Start.

That last setting would explain why you're having this problem. If you do need to change it, click Apply and OK your way out then restart the computer.
