I have recently cleaned the RAM slots and plugged the RAMs back in. When I checked in Windows to see if everything is fine its only shows Installed Memory 4GB without the usual Usable Memory right behind it. Is Windows using all of my RAM or not?

Solution

That will depend on the amount of memory you have installed and it can be the DIMMs are not pushed home and clipped correctly. If single sided clip, ensure offside is pushed home correctly.
