Strange fps loss in game

Hello

So guys i have been facing a strange issue lately i used to get like 80+ fps on ultra settings in bf4 and bfh and more in black ops3. Now there is a sudden fps drop to 4 or 5 in story mode and in multiplayer i can't get more than 45 fps on ultra settings in battlefield 4.

My system specs are
CPU i7 6700k @4.0
CPU cooling d92
GPU Asus 980ti
Motherboard MSI Z170 M7
Ram 16x8gb
Power supply Corsair RM1000
1 tb HDD seagate
SSD corsair 120gb ls
Kingston 120gb
Samsung 256gb pro for os

Windows installed on SSD? Whats your CPU load when nothing is opened? I would do an antivirus scan amd see if you got any programs running in the background . Anytime i get problems where i used to have good performance and now it tanked I check my CPU/gPU temp then antivirus and last resort reinstall windows.

The cpu is brand new never crossed 45 on full load also.
