Im planning to upgrade my desktop computer, im only playing normal games like battlefield, cod, far cry and gta.

Here are the components

Mobo - asus b150 pro gamer
Processor - Intel core i5 6600
SSD - Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB M.2

I already have gpu - gtx 650ti, PSU - 500 watts, 2 1TB HDD and my psu is aerocool strike x 500 watts

Im confuse regarding the Ram, on the mobo it says 2133 MHz but the available ram here is only 2400 2600 1600 . . . . Will it be compatible with the motherboard?

Is this a good pc for normal gaming? Any comments or suggestions?

Thank you!

2400 is okay. its in OC mode of course. make sure its DDR4
2. the PSU is a tier 4. low quality, get a better unit. use the tier list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html to help you.
3. yes those are compatible. the thing is getting a 6600 is a waste of money. get the 6500 instead.
4. GPU is old. you want a better GPU for gaming nowadays.
5. what is your total budget??

My budget is around 800 to 1k usd.

G skill ripjaws v 8gb ddr4

Ok, I'll go for 6500, how about psu?

As for the gpu, i dont plan on upgrading it yet since it's out of my budget. . . My 650ti still works, and im not into hardcore gaming. . .but if it's not compatible then i can save some money to buy a new one

this includes a GPU. and a high quality PSU. 16GB RAM, and I mean seriously, look for the CHEAPEST GTX 1070 when it comes out. you have to wait for the prices to settle a bit.
