New Gaming PC,FPS issues

So,i got a new pc,and whenever I try to play a game,it cant get beyond 15 fps(Warframe,Overwatch) witch im supposed to run really well on good graphicks

Build:
AMD Radeon R9 380
Intel core i5-4460
Kingston HyperX 8gb ram
650w psu
Gigabyte B85M-D2V

Plug the monitor into the GPU not the motherboard, if it's already done that way make sure and install/update all chipset drivers for the board, and amd drivers for the 380

I got the AMD drivers,now getting the board ones,how can I plug my monitor into the R9 380?

There are ports on the 380 specifically for that if you plug into the motherboard you are using on board graphics

So what you are saying is that if my Monitor is connected to the Board,its using its graphics and not the GPU's?

Yes you must be plugged into the gpu to use the gpu, pretty straightforward
