Help, my internet is messed up. "Unidentified network" and "limited"

Need assistance fixing my computer, working fine yesterday. It won't let me connect to the internet at all. It simply says "Unidentified network" and "limited connection" when I try troubleshooting it it says my ethernet doesn't have a correct IP configuration. HELP!

have you tried the windows "troubleshoot problems" if you right click on your network icon that's one of the options

Yeah, I have and it's where it just tells me about my ethernet lacking an IP configuration

then maybe it's not on your PC's side and it's your ISP
