A Few Questions About RAM

Hello.

I am upgrading my PC soon and one of the parts I will be upgrading will be my RAM. My PC will follow a white and black colour scheme.

My first question is, what would be better!? 2x8gb sticks of RAM or 4x4gb RAM stick?

Furthermore, I am going to get DDR3 RAM and I only have an i5 4690k (Good enough) so can't support DDR4.

I am also wondering what RAM I should get? I am thinking of either getting Kingston HyperX Fury in white, or the more expensive Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM. I stated earlier how I'd like to use 16gb RAM, I would use 16gb RAM with HyperX Fury and only 8gb of Dominator Platinum as it is more expensive. I am currently thinking of using either 4x4gb sticks of HyperX Fury or 2x4gb Corsair Dominator Platinum.

I know that the Corsair Dominator Platinum is faster than the HyperX Fury, but is this really noticeable?

Thank you very much for the help!!!

Solution
Easy part is 2x8GB over 4x4GB as 2 sticks is less stress on the MC (Memory controller) than 4 sticks, as far as faster, it depends on the model numbers of what you are looking at - the Fury range from 1333-1866 and the Dominators can go up to 2800 +. What all do you do with the rig and do you OC it?

Thank you for the reply. I don't think I'd be overclocking my RAM any time soon, therefore will probably go for the Fury. As I am not going to be putting too much strain on my RAM, I am currently looking towards getting 4x4gb, simply for aesthetics, unless you'd strongly disagree with this!?

Thank you!
