Is Asus hb1m-c compatible with Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB

Hello guys so i am new to this stuff, and i was wondering if my new gpu would be compatible with my motherboard
Current pc gpu is geforce 9600 GT i have Asus hb1m-c as motherboard and cpu is i-54460

According to your product's specification's page the board in question has one PCI-E X16 gen 2 slot which will allow you to populate your GTX750Ti albeit the add on GPU will run at PCI-E X16 Gen 2.0 speeds instead of Gen 3.0. Although your motherboard checks out to be compatible, might I ask the rest of your system specs? Often times the PSU when underpowering the rest of your components can end up being a fir hazard or simply taking out all that it's connected to.
