I have a 970A_G43 Motherboard an fx-8350 cpu, a gtx 970 and a hyper 212 evo cooler and one included fan in my case but my pc still gets really hot. So i wondered if a coolermaster sickleflow led fan would be compatible with my motherboard?
Yes it is compatible with your board , but the reason it gets so hot is there are no heasinks on the VRM. The 8350 is a bad pairing when a board has a poor power phase and thermal design. 1 fan won't help much.

Is there any other way to get the heat down on my computer other then buying a different motherboard?
They usually don't help a lot , a better board is needed.
Got any suggestions for the best motherboard i could get for the fx 8350 at around 80 bucks find a better one on a higher budget if you think that is needed Please if you would reply it would mean the world to me i hate spending money and having really annoying issues with it. But would the new mobo potentially fix my fps drops etc also???
If you are buying a new new motherboard I'd honestly just upgrade your CPU. AMD CPUs aren't in a great spot at the moment. Save up, sell your old CPU and motherboard and see if you can grab an i3 or preowned i5.
