I got an ATI Radeon HD 5800. I have no idea what to do.

Solution
AMD Radeon™ R5 235X, Radeon™ R5 235, Radeon™ R5 230, Radeon™ R5 220, Radeon™ HD 8470, Radeon™ HD 8350, Radeon™ HD 8000 (D/G variants), Radeon™ HD 7000 Series (HD 7600 and below), Radeon™ HD 6000 Series, and Radeon™ HD 5000 Series Graphics products have been moved to a legacy support model and no additional driver releases are planned

besure you using a driver that supports the card even newer drivers with your card listed can be problematic like my 7850 card ant driver I use over 13.12 just don't as do well ??

◾Windows 8.1 (32 & 64-bit version)
◾Windows 8 (32 & 64-bit version)
◾Windows 7 (32 & 64-bit version with SP1 or higher)
◾Windows Vista (32 & 64-bit version)...

Well now i use an other TV i got and on this TV it works with the newest driver how os that possible...i have my PS 4 connected via HDMI cable on the "broken" TV and there is no problem so i dont really know why it wont work on this one...

◾Windows 8.1 (32 & 64-bit version)
◾Windows 8 (32 & 64-bit version)
◾Windows 7 (32 & 64-bit version with SP1 or higher)
◾Windows Vista (32 & 64-bit version)

all in the drivers foot notes [amd does thing stupid at times and if you use a newer os like 7 them drivers don't show up or if you go to the previous driver page to get them there broken drivers and may not work as well ] its all about you going to newere cards and all so they screw up older stuff to trick you [ how I'm looking at things with them] matter of fact it seems there all doing this now just want to get you off any older stuff

when unsure just open the release notes and read up
