If you tried a factory restore and it failed, and it's giving you messages about not being able to find Windows, you may have a bad drive. Check the BIOS and see if there is a drive check utility there, run it. If there is none, download a utility disk like Hirens or Ultimate Boot CD and run the disk check from there.
