I need help, please

All I need to know is how to get a display off my new pc. Im using a gtx 550 ti with an intel dp45sg mobo, which supports 400, 500, and 600 series cards. I have no disk drive and my mobo has no output on it, so I have no way of updating or checkijg bios. Evetything is powered and fans are on. When turning on my pc it will power off after a second or two, wait 5 seconds, and turn on again. I never get any display to my monitor.

What should I do, please?

Every component of my pc works. My mobo has no onboard graphics and I 3ven tried my friends gpu, a 660ti, which also did not put out a display. It's right now in his pc, running perfectly. Everything is connected, tried resetting cmos, I have done everything I know how to do. Tried putting out display to 3 different monitors.

Nothing works. I can not get any sort of display from my pc.
