So I built a new PC last week and everything is functional except when I am playing games. One or two minutes in the game freezes and crashes and an error message pops up saying 'Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware'. I have searched on the internet for a week but have not found a fix. When I use the Intel CPU graphics this doesn't happen, but obviously, I get horrible FPS. Please help! Thanks!

PC Specs:
i5 6400 2.7 ghz
Gtx 960 SSC
8 Gigs DDR4 Ram
500W PSU

Ok, So this might seem weird but I found a work around for it. At least it works for me. A while back when I bought GTA 5 it would keep giving me that error. So i decided to go into my MSI Command Center and UP the DRAM Voltage. It was at 1.5 by default, but Im guessing that it was not enough for my 16GB 1866Ghz Dual Channel RAM. So i changed it to 1.7/1.71 and as i write this answer, it gave me the same error but with Battlefield 4 (i recently bought it again). So i went back into my MSI Command Center and changed the DRAM Voltage again to 1.74. and now no error, If you are on Intel's Graphics card or GTX find a way to change the voltage of your DRAM and you'll be set. However be careful and don't let the voltag go to high. MSI Command...
