Good afternoon, my desktop turn black and I receive a periodic reminders that Windows is not genuine. Can anyone please help me.

If your windows is actually legit type cmd into the windows search bar --> run cmd as administrator --> type "slmgr -rearm" --> restart your pc

Contact Microsoft, but theres a chance you bought a key that was not meant to be resold or was sold multiple times and Microsoft has invalidated it.
