What I would like to know is if the cpu cooler is a good one as I am iffy on it

If this is a gaming rig, go for an i5 6600k and a GTX 1080 instead.

Also, stay away from the Blackwidow Chroma and Deathadder Chroma. Deathadder Chroma has a known issue which may or may not occur within (or even outside) warranty, and some Blackwidows also get issues such as sticky switches. Go for equivalent Corsair/CoolerMaster/Logitech/Steelseries/G.Skill peripherals instead.
