Watch dogs AMD A10 6770 APU

Hi, i just bought watch dogs and im sad cause i have all graphics on Low and resolution 800x600 and still ingame i got max 20-24 fps.. i tried to check youtube but nothing helps. What to do? (I dont have money for any new computer parts)

Specs:
Processor: AMD a10-6770 APU 3,7 GHz
Graphics: amd radeon hd 8760
8GB Ram

If you already have it on Low, and can't buy a video card, nothing else you can do. Did you check the requirements for the game? Maybe check for a newer video driver from the PC vendor.
