My uncle does not remember his password for Win10 (or any pw for that matter). System seems to be in Hibernate (type) mode as log in screen comes up automatically in a second or 2. I need to get to Bios so I can boot from DVD/CD to work around lost password issue. Laptop is Gateway NE5612Ru model upgraded to Win10 from Win7. How can I bet to Bios to change boot mode to DVD/CD?

Best bet is to contact the manufacturer as the forum rules don't allow for Password type help as we have no way of knowing if the items is actually yours. Sorry
